I have won numerous awards during my real estate career. The bulk of those awards are simply based on the dollar volume of the properties sold. While that is a good metric for real estate brokerages (who take a cut of every agent’s sale) – it’s a poor metric to understand which agents are truly performing for the clients at the highest level.
I recently received notice of being awarded the “Best Real Estate Agent in South Pasadena for 2025”. The reason that I am so proud of this particular achievement is that the award is based on “customer satisfaction and service excellence”. Further – this award cannot be earned by application or nomination – but is solely determined by actual and authentic feedback from each agent’s clients.
This honor is awarded by Business Rate – a company that specializes in comprehensive review management services for local businesses. The scoring is based on verified data from Google reviews that are certified by Business Rate.
