South Pasadena’s Farmers Market

Thursdays are always extra special in South Pasadena. All throughout the year, the South Pasadena Farmers Market is open on this day, and locals and guests get to enjoy the freshest produce, food, and live music from late afternoon to early evening.

The South Pasadena Farmers Market was established in 1999. It has been operated by the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and has grown to become a sustainable, local economy.

South Pasadena Thursday Farmers Market is a haven for those who love to cook! Meals will definitely taste much better with fresh ingredients.

Several vendors offer greens and fruits perfect for salads and smoothies. Aside from these, there are those who offer eggs and various meat, including chicken, pork, and beef. And, of course, fresh flowers to add beauty to your home.

A Gastronomic Journey

There’s just so much being offered at the South Pasadena Farmers Market, you just have to come back for more! For many, this has become a weekly routine.

The weekly schedule is easy to remember: Thursdays, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (rain or shine) in Spring, Summer, and Fall. The winter schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Take note that there’s no market on Thanksgiving.

The market is on Meridian Avenue and El Centro Street next to the Metro Gold Line South Pasadena Station. South Pasadena Farmers Market parking is free in the Mission Meridian Parking lot, just north of Mission Street on Meridian Avenue.
